A native of Apalachicola, Florida, Whitney has spent much of her life immersed in the vibrant coastal culture of Panama City. Her heart is deeply rooted in these communities; from the serene, historic coastline of Apalachicola to the energetic beaches of Panama City that she has cherished since childhood. This intimate, lifelong knowledge of the Florida Gulf Coast gives her a unique advantage in understanding its neighborhoods, markets, and the distinct lifestyle each area offers.

Her decision to pivot into real estate is a powerful testament to her belief in growth and self-investment. “My 12 years as an LPN taught me the critical importance of trust, advocacy, and meticulous, compassionate care,” she says. “I will always love that profession, but I also believe in creating new opportunities for myself. For me, real estate is a natural extension of serving others, just in a different capacity.”
