About Savannah Farris

Born and raised in Panama City, Savannah is a proud sixth-generation local whose roots in the community run deep. Raised with a strong foundation of faith, she believes every opportunity she has been given is a blessing from God and strives to honor Him through the way she serves others, conducts business, and builds lasting relationships.

Growing up, Savannah worked at her grandparents’ downtown restaurant, Tom’s Hot Dogs, where she learned the value of hard work, building genuine relationships, and giving back to the community that has supported her family for generations. Service has always been central to her family's legacy. Her grandmother dedicated more than 25 years to the City of Panama City, while several family members proudly served in the United States Navy and Army. Their examples of integrity and selfless service helped shape Savannah’s passion for helping others.

At just 20 years old, Savannah became a homeowner herself, giving her a firsthand understanding of the excitement, responsibility, and pride that come with purchasing a home. That experience allows her to relate to clients not only as their REALTOR®, but as someone who has walked in their shoes.

Inspired by her aunt's career with Think Real Estate, Savannah discovered a passion for helping others navigate one of life's biggest milestones. Whether clients are buying their first home, searching for their forever home, investing in property, or preparing to sell, she is committed to providing honest guidance, clear communication, and exceptional service every step of the way. She considers it a privilege to serve the community her family has proudly called home for six generations and looks forward to helping others find a place to call home.
