Ronnie has proudly served the Bay County community since 2009. A graduate of Charleston Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Trident University International with an MBA, Ronnie has developed a strong foundation in strategy, analytics, and leadership skills he now leverages to deliver exceptional results for his real estate clients.
After a distinguished 33-year career in the United States Air Force, Ronnie retired with an unwavering commitment to continue serving, this time in the real estate arena. The leadership, discipline, and integrity forged over three decades of military service now drive his mission to advocate for and guide the families of Bay County.
In addition to his military service, Ronnie has been a proud small business owner since 2013 as the founder of Flyby Coffee. Building and leading a successful local business has strengthened his understanding of investment, growth, negotiation, and customer service. Experience that directly benefits his real estate clients.
Ronnie has been married to his wife, Theresa, since 2002, and together they are raising two incredible children, Makayla and Nathan. Family, faith, and service remain at the core of everything he does.
