Born and raised in Port St. Joe, FL, Matt has proudly called Panama City home since 2013. Before entering real estate, he spent years in higher education with Troy University, where he guided thousands of adults—including hundreds of active duty airmen and their families—through their collegiate journeys. That experience sharpened his ability to communicate clearly, educate effectively, and serve others with patience and care.

 

Since transitioning into real estate, Matt has sold over 200 homes and built a reputation as a trusted guide, especially for first-time home buyers. He’s known for breaking down the process, explaining what’s happening and why, and ensuring his clients feel confident in their decisions every step of the way. His clients describe him as real, caring, and authentic—a problem-solver who tells the truth and puts their best interests first.

 

When he’s not helping families achieve their real estate goals, Matt enjoys college football, hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his wife, daughter, and son. His business is built on the foundation of God’s Word and the Golden Rule: treating others the way Jesus does.
