About Landon Stewart

GOING THE EXTRA MILE

Born and raised in Panama City, Landon is a fourth-generation native from an entrepreneurial family, an upbringing that instilled in him the drive to create something from nothing at a young age.  He has always been motivated to succeed and rise above the odds around him.

Homeschooled throughout his education, Landon set and achieved the ambitious goal of earning his Associate in Arts degree alongside his high school diploma at age eighteen. The following year, he graduated with honors from The Baptist University of Florida, earning a Bachelor of Music in Worship Leadership and a minor in Business Leadership. This unique combination allows Landon to pursue both his passion for music and business.  

During his high school and college years, Landon co-founded and operated Stewart Bros Lawn and Landscape with his brother. The business grew quickly and was successfully sold before their college graduations, paving the way for future endeavors already on the horizon.

Landon has a natural gift for developing a creative vision and seeing it come to life. His passion for music began at the age of seven, and he now plays multiple instruments, including acoustic and electric guitar, bass, and keys, while also serving as a vocalist on his church worship team. He had the opportunity to lead worship for congregations of over 1,000 and began writing and recording worship music in his early teens, releasing several songs by the age of sixteen. From the start, his mission has remained clear: it’s not about him, but about giving God the glory and leading others to Christ. 

In real estate, Landon understands what it means to dream big and brings the same ambition and vision. He and his brother saved and purchased their first commercial property at nineteen, just before graduating from college.  Landon has a reputation for going the extra mile and strives to live his life with integrity, Christ-like values, and a character that others can look up to.  He never meets a stranger and is passionate about helping his clients achieve their dreams, whether that means finding the perfect home, selling to begin a new adventure, or building a future through investment opportunities.
