About Jeff Semmes

Jeff Semmes was born in Panama City and grew up in Wewahitchka until the 9th grade, when he began attending Bay High School. He is a devoted husband and father of two—one boy and one girl—and treasures the time he spends with his family. Jeff also enjoys exercising, exploring the outdoors, and immersing himself in music. He plays several instruments, including guitar, drums, and piano.

His first career was in organic chemistry. After earning a master’s degree in chemistry from the University of Alabama, Jeff realized the industry wasn’t the right long-term fit. He then moved into the automotive world, where he excelled on the sales floor, in finance, and in management. Those years sharpened his problem-solving and negotiating skills while reinforcing a genuine desire to help people.

Today, Jeff brings that same drive and care to real estate. His goal is to deliver a true 5-star experience and advocate for his clients through every step of the transaction.
