About Erica Wheeler

With more than a decade of experience in real estate, Erica Wheeler brings a unique combination of industry knowledge, hands-on experience, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.

Raised in Niceville, Florida, Erica moved to Gainesville in 2007 to attend the University of Florida. She began her real estate career in Gainesville in August 2014 and has spent the past 12 years building a career that has allowed her to experience nearly every side of the business—from new construction sales and residential transactions to owning and operating her own brokerage.

In 2025, Erica joined Think Real Estate as a Broker Associate and Mentor Agent. In addition to helping clients successfully buy and sell real estate, she is honored to have the opportunity to train and mentor new agents as they begin their own careers in the industry. After years of experience in the business, Erica finds great fulfillment in sharing what she has learned and helping others develop the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed.

Erica works side-by-side with her husband of 14 years, Spencer, making real estate a true family affair. Together, they are the proud parents of two daughters. When they aren't helping clients with their real estate goals, you'll most likely find Erica and Spencer at a volleyball court, cheering on their two favorite volleyball players—their daughters!
