For 39 years, I have been married to my high school sweetheart, and together we built our life in beautiful Panama City Beach after moving here in 1997. We raised two wonderful sons and are now proud grandparents to four amazing grandchildren.

Before transitioning into real estate, I served as Principal Planner for the City of Panama City Beach, working closely with property owners, developers, business leaders, and community stakeholders to guide responsible growth and development throughout our area. My extensive experience in land use, zoning, development regulations, site planning, permitting processes, and long-range planning provides a unique advantage for clients navigating commercial real estate opportunities.
